Why doesn't the Pitching Prof distribute weight lifting programs ? there are two reasons 1) this is something that each individual should develop and 2) there are so many readily available it will be easy for the individual to find. Look in our resources section for starting points.

Can every kid be taught to pitch ? every kid can be taught proper mechanics. The hardest thing for the coach to overcome in a player is the fear of failure. We recommend that the coach make it his policy to pitch every kid at least (1) inning during the season. You'll be surprised of the results. | |||||||||||

recommend a coach selects his pitchers? use the long toss and crow hop drills and select the strongest most accurate from there. But, make it your policy to teach all your players the mecnaics and pitch them at least (1) inning during the season |
